What sizes do you carry at Lingerie Essentials?

We carry sizes 28 to 50 and cup sizes AA to O. If you don’t see your size please contact us at to further assist you.

How much are bra fittings?

Fittings are FREE. Due to COVID-19 we are currently not conducting personal fittings. In the meantime, you may contact us to schedule a virtual fitting to obtain the proper fit. Visit our Bra Fittings page for additional information and to make your own virtual appointment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Pinwheel, VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.

What type of bras do you carry?

We carry beautiful and premium postsurgical, mastectomy, plus size, and nursing bras. At Lingerie Essentials you will find special occasion bras, everyday bras, lounging and sleep bras.

What is your return and refund policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. RETURNS: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to submit an email to claim a defect in the quality or condition of postsurgical bras. You have 18 days from the delivery date for all other items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item must have the original tags, and receipt or proof of purchase. The following cannot be returned:

  • Items over 2 months old
  • Garments showing excessive wear & tear
  • Soiled merchandise
  • Items that have been damaged as a result of not following the care instructions on the label
  • Discontinued styles, closeout merchandise, prior season swimwear
  • Any garment not in its original packaging (including price ticket)
  • Special orders
  • Cosmetics, body washes, body lotions, swimwear, headscarves
REFUNDS: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please visit our Returns & Refunds page for additional information.

How many bras should I own?

You should own at least 3 bras. You should have one bra to wear. One to rest, and one as a backup. Yes, your bras need to rest. Don’t wear the same bra two days in a row. Doing so stretches the bra and decreases its wear more quickly over time.

How often should I purchase bras?

It depends, do you wear bras daily or twice a month as well as how active you are. We suggest that you purchase at least 3 bras every year.

How should I care for my bras and other delicate lingerie?

Hand wash your bras and delicate lingerie using SOAK. (We sell SOAK on the Gifts and Accessories page on our site.) Non-wire bras and lingerie can be placed in a lingerie bag and washed on the gentle cycle. Let all of your bras and delicate lingerie air dry. Don’t put bras and delicate lingerie items in the dryer. The heat will damage the elasticity and delicate materials of the lingerie.

How does COVID -19 affect my order?

While all orders will be fulfilled, they could take a few extra days to arrive. At the checkout, we will give you an estimated delivery date based on your chosen shipping method. Our carriers are maintaining normal delivery operations (except where prohibited.) Thank you for your patience and understanding.
