Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Lingerie Essentials, Inc.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.





You have 5 days from the date of delivery to submit an email to claim a defect in the quality or condition of postsurgical bras. You have 18 days from the delivery date for all other items.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Your item must be in the original packaging.


Your item must have the original tags, and receipt or proof of purchase.


The following cannot be returned:

  • Items over 2 months old

  • Garments showing excessive wear & tear

  • Soiled merchandise

  • Items that have been damaged as a result of not following the care instructions on the label

  • Discontinued styles, closeout merchandise, prior season swimwear

  • Any garment not in its original packaging (including price ticket)

  • Special orders

  • Cosmetics, body washes, body lotions, swimwear, headscarves




Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).


You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Policy

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. Include tracking when returning items.


If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
