How fast is your shipping?

  • Most orders are shipped 1-3 days from purchase pending availability.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option.
  • Shipping times may vary. We diligently work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
  • Lingerie Essentials is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.
POSSIBLE DELAYS We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free shipping or international shipping options, we provide an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions, packages may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

How long does U.S. shipping take on the weekend or a holiday?

  • Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
  • Orders placed on a U.S. holiday will ship the following business day.

How much does shipping cost?

Free Ground Shipping is offered for sales over $80 (before tax). Ground Cost: $7 5-7 Business Days plus processing Two Day Cost: $14 Arrives 2 business days after processing if you place your order by 12 PM EST Next Day Cost: $21 Arrives next business day after processing if you place your order by 12 PM EST

May I change my shipping method or shipping address?

  • Once your package has been shipped and given to the respective courier, the shipping can not be changed.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible for packages being shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

I need to cancel. What can I do?

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. Cancel an order:

How do I track my package?

  • All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation.
  • If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate the issue. We are not responsible for packages where the tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
